SUBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT:
-very localized pain (can put your finger on it)
-hard to distinguish form PFP (may coexist)
-repetitive jumping activities/sports
-increase activity too quickly
-pain during jumping, running, jogging and hopping
-tender on palpation
-thicker patella tendon on one side
-muscles imbalance
-no swelling compare to PFP, no clunk or crepitus
TESTS:
-knee extensor strength
-ultrasound
-single leg hopping
