SUBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT:
-45-65 yo
-female
-dominant arm
-repetitive eccentric or concentric loading of the wrist flexors and pronator teres, with valgus overload.
-training errors
-improper technique
-lack of strength, endurance and flexibility
-high psychosocial work demands
-exposure to vibratory force
-pain with resisted flexion/pronation
-tenderness on the medial epicondyle
-pain don't improve with rest
-normal ROM and PROM
TEST:
-Reverse Cozen test
-Medial epicondylitis stress test
