SUBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT:
-female > male
-degenerative
-pain surrounding the lateral hip (C-sign) or ant hip
-stiffness (less than 30 min)
-worse at the end of the day if standing or walking for a long time
-labral tear -> synovial fluid goes away can lead to OA
-painful when squatting, STS, walking, stairs
-painful or decrease PROM, mainly IR
-pain in flexion and extension
TESTS:
-FABER test
-FADDIR test
-Scour test
