SUBJECTIVE ASSESSMENT:
-occurs spontaneously
-age over 35 yo, usually female
-comes gradually
-loss of ER>ABD>FL>IR
-affect AROM and PROM
-flexion: patient lifting with their scapulothoracic joint
-extension: hitching shoulder compensation
-ER: painful and capsulatetightness
-IR: may not be able to bring the hand behind their back -> might protract scapula as a compensation
-ER isometric testing: no weakness but pain
